Milton Villa

A comfortable, well equipped, self contained Family House in the heart of Aldeburgh. It sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and can be hired either on a B&B basis or on a self catering basis.

Milton Villa is situated in quiet road only 3 minutes walk to Aldeburgh High Street and the beach. However there is parking available in the quiet street outside - a rarity in Aldeburgh!

There are two generous bedrooms in the main house, with recently refurbished bathroom and bath. There is also a separate annexe in the garden with adult sized bunk beds. This bright and spacious annexe has it's own wet room and is ideal for teenagers.

The landlady, Mrs Pinnock, has lived in Aldeburgh for many years and is a great source of local tourist information. She prides herself on her fantastic home-made breakfasts, with produce sourced locally.

Milton Villa has recently been refurbished and is spacious and well equipped. There is a sitting room, available all day, with wood burner, TV and DVD players and baby toys for guests’ use and facilities in the kitchen for making hot and cold drinks. Additionally there is a laundry room with tumble dryer.
Special diets are catered for when pre-booked.

There's also a sunny patio with table and chairs, barbecue and flowers.

In the winter the wood burner comes into its own for cosy winter nights

No dogs except by prior arrangement.
