The Brudenell Hotel

The emphasis is very much on flexibility and informality and head chef, Justin Kett uses fresh seasonal produce to create dishes which are simple and unadulterated, yet bursting with flavour.

In addition to the restaurant's award of two AA rosettes, The Brudenell has also achieved an AA quality rating of 87%.
