At Assington Mill you'll find a range of fantastic country courses from straw bale building, to water divining and gilding. Over 50 different short rural skills and crafts courses are on offer throughout the year so you're bound to find the right one for you - whether that's beekeeping for beginners, story telling or upholstery. The courses are held in East Anglia's first straw bale building (pictured above), on a small 70 acre farm in one of Suffolk's beautiful secret valleys.
