Description

Rose Cottage is a charming grade 2 listed building, in the centre of the pretty Suffolk village of Debenham. The cottage sits opposite the church, close to all the village shops, cafes and pubs. The cottage is clean, comfortable and well equiped for a comfortable holiday.

The cottage is excellently presented with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher (and dishwasher tablets), full size fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave/grill and washer dryer. The beamed sittingroom has leather sofa and fabric chairs, inglenook fireplace, tv dvd and ipod dock. The diningroom offers oak dining table and chairs, tv dvd and playstation. The bathroom offers wc, basin, and bath with overhead shower with screen.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, hairdryer and tv dvd, whilst the other two rooms have single beds. The master and second bedrooms have adequate space for a cot, which can be provided upon request, together with a high chair.

The garden has patio, wooden garden furniture with parasol, metal garden furniture and a barbeque.

Debenham village offers vistors 2 pubs, 2 cafes, supermarket, chemist and a number of other local shops and attractions. The village is placed in the heart of rural Suffolk, close to Framlingham and Stowmarket, ideal for exploring the unspoilt countryside, nearby attractions and further afield (45 minute drive) is the infamous Suffolk heritage coast. The village is one of Suffolk's prettiest villages, yet is largely undiscovered.
