We are a David Bellamy Gold Award Park, Holiday Park of the Year for the East of England decided by East Anglia Tourist Board Judges 06/07, and recent runners up in the Tourism in Suffolk awards.

We are pleased to announce that our new Bar and Restaurant is now open. It is called 'The 12 Lost Churches' named after the 12 churches lost at sea during the 12th and 13th Centuries from our coastal seaside location at Dunwich. Please see below for more information.

Self Catering Accommodation and Holiday Suites

We have 7 cottages/apartments/suites to rent by the week or on a short break. These include our new concept in holiday accommodation, our Cliff House Hotel Suites - made to look like a lodge our suites are 2 bedroom, with a stylish bathroom, lounge area and kitchenette with sink, fridge and microwave. They are designed for those of you seeking something just that little bit more special.

Camping and Touring

We have 120 high quality camping & touring caravan pitches available by the night, with seasonal pitches available from March to October.

We have a newly renovated toilet and shower blocks with hot showers, washing up room, launderette and an Elsan point.

Lodge Holiday Homes for Sale
We currently have several new and pre-owned lodges on superb pitches for sale, which are available to view on our website and in person now.

Our superior holiday home lodges, normally measuring up to 48ft x 20ft in size, comprise lounge/dining area, fitted kitchen, 2/3 bedrooms and bathroom are sited on superb plots. All plots at Cliff House have a garden and car parking with some having lovely views of woodland or the sea.

Our Holiday Lodges are available with an extendable licence from 25 years with 10 months occupancy each year. We deal with all the major UK lodge manufacturers so a holiday home can be ordered and customised to your specification.

We also sell brand new and pre-owned high quality Caravan Holiday Homes. These come double glazed, benefit from a fully fitted kitchen, central heating and are sited on superb plots on the Park.

Bar and Restaurant
Recently opened, The 12 Lost Churches bar and restaurant is one of Suffolk's Premier Function and Wedding Suites.

It is open every day from 11am to 3pm, and then 6pm until close, all year round. We serve a fanastic selection of food & drinks, including Adnams Ale, and the venue is available to hire for parties, functions and weddings.
