Please note - activities vary from season to season and depending on the weather, but they will include those listed above.

On the Park there are beautiful walks down to the river Deben. Enjoy the local flora and fauna, including barn owls, kingfisher, otters, water voles, herons, deer and a recent sighting of a corn crake.

The Barn Cafe is open every day the Park is open for teas, coffees and delicious home made food.

Animals at Easton Farm Park

The magic of the farm can be found by meeting our animals. They are the life and soul of the farm, and are real characters

One of our Suffolk Punch Mares, Whitton Poppy gave birth to Grace of Easton on 5th May 2011 and can be seen out in the field enjoying the sunshine. We have two mares in foal, both being due in April 2012.


As autumn settles in, the stallions, bulls, boars and rams are all drafted in to help make babies for next spring. It is a busy time of year for them after a lovely relaxing summer in the sun!

Wet Weather

If the weather turns against us, as it can suddenly do, take shelter in the indoor soft playbarn, or visit the Barmy Barn Café for a cappuccino or hot chocolate. There are several big barns in which to take cover and enjoy your picnic.

The newly opened 'Go Barmy' Barn is proving a great hit - an indoor play centre for under 10s, with a safe toddler section, big play area, newspapers & WiFi for parents and some delicious healthy food & drinks. Join the Easton Farm Park Barmy Army - whatever the weather!

Birthday Parties

Come to Easton Farm Park for a great Children's Birthday Party. The fun doesn't stop and feedback from satisfied children has included "This is the best day of my WHOLE life!"

You may either choose from three different timing options, each lasting two hours
Prices: £150 for 10 children (minimum no. required) with each additional child charged at £10 per child. All adults have free entry.

We have 4 cottages for self catering hire throughout the year -

Duke Cottage
Thoughtfully converted large Victorian self-catering farm holiday cottage with lovely views over the Deben river valley and ample space for the whole family to relax and enjoy the Suffolk countryside. Sleeps up to 6 adults plus an additional four children. Set in the heart of the farm in a beautifully converted Victorian listed farm holiday cottage, relax into country life in this spacious 4-star family house. With original beams and other Victorian features highlighted within the cottage, this is your place in the country. Both double bedrooms have ample space for two pull-out single beds and the separate kitchen, dining and sitting rooms create plenty of options for the whole family.

Duchess Cottage
A wonderful country retreat in the heart of the farm, this cosy beamed self-catering farm holiday cottage has everything you need to enjoy the lovely Suffolk landscape and wildlife in perfect comfort. Sleeps up to 5 adults plus an additional child. Duchess Cottage at Easton Farm Park is a world away from the busy stresses and strains of every day life. The children can come and help on the farm and enjoy all the activities and playgrounds, whilst you enjoy the peace and quiet of the Suffolk countryside. Explore the different bird life along the river Deben, wander down to the village pub for a delicious meal or just switch off and watch the world go by!

Sanctuary Cottage
Sanctuary Cottage does offer a perfect sanctuary from the rushing around of day to day life. Enjoy stepping back into the country surroundings in the comfort of this lovely self-catering holiday cottage on the farm and remember how to relax - the farm animals can show you how! Sleeps up to 5 people (plus an additional child on a pull out bed)

Seaside Cottage
With a large, enclosed garden area only seconds from the beach, explore the charms of Thorpeness from this lovely, comfortable and fully equipped large self-catering bungalow along the seafront. Walking distance from the Dolphin pub, Thorpeness Meare and some fantastic birdwatching. Sleeps up to 7 people

Easton Farm Park is open daily from 10:30am - 5.30pm from 24th March until 9th September

We are also open for half term holidays 11-19th February and 27th October - 4th November from 10.30am - 4.00pm.

Easton Farm Park has received its Learning Outside the Classroom Certification. Please ask for more details.

The Year of Food and Farming in education in 2008 was co-ordinated to help schools meet their objectives with regard to the Healthy Schools Initiative, Growing Schools, Learning Outside the Classroom and healthy eating priorities. We are delighted at Easton Farm Park to be one of the nationally acredited Farms for Schools and, as a result of the year, have developed a new suite of farm-based activites which we hope will enable schools to meet some of these requirements.
