Family Friendly Restaurants in Suffolk

Meal times are traditionally a time when the family comes together to dine. Luckily, this need not be a problem if you intend to eat out as there are plenty of Family Friendly Restaurants on the Suffolk Tourist Guide to choose from.

Kirtling Red Lion

Here at the Red Lion, we love kids - and being parents ourselves we know how good it is to find a pub where the whole family have a warm welcome.

We serve childrens' portions of food, there is a safe play area outside and a selection of games inside, which should keep them happy while you have a break. For your littler ones, we've got our own special 'Lionel' the Lion, who lives on the bar and checks that everything's in order. The kids can give Lionel a cuddle or colour in a picture of him - we'll supply plenty of crayons and possibly even put their work of art on this website. For more information see: The Kirtling Red Lion

The Blue Boar Inn

The Blue Boar Inn is a Village pub set in the middle of the picturesque Walsham-le-Willows. It has new landlords who have recently refurbished this ancient village Inn (origins C1360). The relaxed atmosphere is pleasant for families, children, dogs and their owners, and all are welcome. The pub has a public bar, games area, a large garden room for dining with 50 covers, or as a function room. Also there is a large secure beer garden with a children’s play area.
