We offer quality bed & breakfast accommodation at our 15th Century Grade 2* Listed Farmhouse on an arable farm 6 miles west of Ipswich.

There are 3 spacious double or twin bedrooms; 2 are in the farmhouse and 1 is in a ground-floor converted stable which is handy for those who find stairs a problem. Each room is tastefully furnished and has added extras to make your stay more comfortable.

We are rated as a 4 Star establishment with VisitEngland and also have a Silver Award for exceptional quality in all areas of our hospitality and welcome. We have just received a Breakfast Award for our wonderful wholesome breakfasts using as much locally sourced products as possible from within 15 miles of our farmhouse.

Nearby is Constable Country on the Essex border, and the pretty Suffolk villages of Hadleigh, Lavenham and Kersey are worth exploring. The Suffolk Heritage coast is half an hour away and the towns of Norwich and Cambridge are 1 hour by car. There is an 18-hole golf course in the village with horseriding and fishing close by. Central London is only 75 minutes by train from Ipswich, with the 2012 Stadium 60 minutes by train.
