The whole house can also be hired on an self catering basis for your exclusive use (subject to availability). This would be ideal for an extended family group who wish to spend some time together over the festive period, but still have plenty of space in which to relax. We are also very environmentally minded, and in 2010 were given a Silver Award by the Suffolk Carbon Charter for our efforts.

We have a range of rooms, all of which are en-suite, and are equipped with digital LCD TV, wireless internet, iPod docking stations, refreshment tray including fresh milk and filtered water.

Our breakfasts are freshly cooked to order using top quality local ingredients.

We have plenty of free on-site parking, and for those using public transport, we have a plethora of bus services within a very short walk.

We are also a 3 minute walk from the very wonderful Fat Cat pub (no fruit machine, no pool table/dart board, no Sky Sports, no juke box, just a blackboard with 20 guest beers and Scotch Eggs the size of cricket balls. Heaven.)
