Wavecrest Guest House

A friendly family-run guest house since 1987 superbly situated opposite the beautiful South Beach.


We have four bedrooms all en-suite. Two are family or twin rooms and two are doubles. We are happy to let one or two as singles. Two rooms have a superb view of the sea and harbour entrance.


There are colour TV's in all rooms and a recent addition is wireless access to Internet. We also provide tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits. Hand and bath towels are provided, changed when necessary or on request.


We are situated close to the town and Railway and Bus stations, all within walking distance. Lowestoft has a pedestrianised shopping centre with all the usual chain stores (BHS, MandS, etc)


The Tourist Information Centre is 150 yards away to help you plan your stay and we keep several leaflets about local attractions.


There is unrestricted parking on the road-side outside the house. We also have two parking spaces at the back or there is a pay car park opposite (50p per night).

We are situated on the south-bound A12, just south of Lowestoft bridge, halfway along the first row of terraced houses. If driving, keep in the right-hand lane and you can park outside the house.
