Two magnificent pieces for symphony orchestra played by the renowned Kingfisher Sinfonietta, Leader Beth Spendlove and Conductor Elgar Howarth. In the first half is Mozart's delightful Divertimento No.15 in B flat and after the interval is Mendelssohn''s Scottish Symphony, his No.3 in A min op.56.

Patricia Hammond and Matt Redman In Concert

A voice and guitar duo, Patricia Hammond and Matt Redman are experienced, highly qualified classical musicians. They are researchers and performers of true vintage style and are experts of Edwardian, First World War and 1920s/1930s music. The concert programme on the 20th March will reflect their wide-ranging repertoire of music and styles.

Patricia and Matt have been featured on BBC3 In Tune and BBC2's The Music Goes Round. They have performed in the Buxton, Branscombe, Deal and Swaledale festivals as well as in national art galleries, museums and National Trust Stately Homes. Their CD Our Lovely Day was described by Sir Michael Parkinson as a music-box of Vintage treasures, and by BBC Desmond Carrington as one of the best releases of 2011.

A concert of gloriously uplifting music to celebrate Passiontide and the coming of Spring. Geoff Lavery conducts this lovely programme including choral pieces by Parry and Stanford culminating in Haydn's magnificent "Nelson Mass" featuring the sparkling virtuosity of 4 young professional solists and the nationally acclaimed organist Andrew Cantrill.

Drinks and nibbles will be available after the concert with the opportunity to meet the Singers.
