We offer the perfect combination of old Punjabi style cooking combined with contemporary presentation and a stylish modern interior in the heart of Newmarket. Montaz is an authentic Indian dining experience with a modern twist - rabbit, venison, quail and even squid feature on the minimalist menu. Nevertheless traditional favourites such as Garlic Chilli Chicken, Jalfrezi, Biryanis and Tikka Masala are beautifully served alongside Montaz signature dishes.
