Description

We have two delightful cottages in the lovely village of Orford available for hire:
Burnt Cottage (top 2 images) and Quay View (bottom 2 images)

Burnt Cottage, Orford

Burnt Cottage is a comfortable, pretty and clean period cottage in a very quiet traffic-free lane in Orford. It is charmingly painted in Farrow and Ball paints and tastefully decorated throughout.

Sleeps 6, plus 1
Bedroom 1 with Kingsize bed
Bedroom 2 with Double and a Single beds
Bedroom 3, attic bedroom, with Single bed and pull out Trundle bed (Please note there is limited head height, so this would not be suitable for an elderly person)
A John Lewis travel cot is available.
White bed linen and towels supplied.

There is a well equipped Kitchen/Breakfast room which contains a double oven, dishwasher, microwave, highchair and table and chairs.

The Sitting Room comes equipped with cream sofas, TV, DVD and CD player and a beautiful Inglenook fireplace with a fabulous large log stove.

The lovely Dining Room comes with a French farmhouse table that seats 8.

In the Utility Room there is a large freezer and washing machine.

Upstairs there is a white Bathroom and downstairs a Shower Room with power shower & loo etc.

Finally, there is a Secluded Garden with benches and an outdoor table with umbrella. A BBQ is available on request.

Burnt Cottage is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. Off-street parking is available for 2 small cars or one large one, plus here is further parking at the top of the short lane.

Burnt Cottage is available to rent throughout the year with lettings running from Friday to Friday. Short breaks are available during off peak seasons.
Burnt Cottage lets from £453-£739 per week, with discounts available for last minute bookings and during some off peak seasons.

Quay View, Orford
Quay Street, Orford, IP12 2NU

Quay View is an annexe of Quay House, with stunning views over the Estuary and the Quay. Quay View is a pretty property that is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and is tastefully decorated.

Sleeps 4
Front Bedroom with Kingsize bed
Back Bedroom with two single beds
Towels and white bedding are supplied.
Both bedrooms boast fabulous views, and seeing Orford Castle from the back bedroom is a must.

The Bathroom upstairs comes with a shower and full white suite.

The Sitting Room has an open working fireplace, even more fabulous views and the Dining Area seats 4. There is also a TV with Sky, a DVD player and a CD player with iPod dock. Interne access is available upon request.

The Kitchen has a fan oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave etc. A washing machine is available in the lobby beside the Kitchen.

There is an Entrance Hall and a Downstairs Toilet.

On the lovely Front Terrace overlooking the water guess will find a wooden table, chairs and garden umbrella.

Parking is available for 2 cars.

2 well behaved dogs are welcome.

Quay View is available to rent throughout the year with lettings running from Friday to Friday. Short breaks are available during off peak seasons.
Quay View lets from £465-£684 per week, with discounts available for last minute bookings and during some off peak seasons.
