Sibton Park is a Regency mansion built in 1827 and has a dramatic setting within several hundred acres of parkland. It offers boutique accommodation for to up to 26 guests in 13 spacious bedrooms, most with large en suite bathrooms. The property is serviced, with housekeepers looking after guests and with the services of a butler or chef available on request for a supplement. Further catering and leisure options, including golf at Halesworth Golf Club and shooting on the Heveningham Hall Estate are also available on request.

The house is part of a thriving estate in the small village of Sibton between Peasenhall and Yoxford, nestled in the rolling landscape of the Yox Vally and in the heart of the 'Garden of Suffolk'. The estate is surrounded by a network of footpaths and lanes and is only 7 miles from the Heritage Coast at Dunwich and Minsmere, a bird watcher and walker's paradise. Award winning local pubs, producers and artisan shops have also put the area on the map as a foodie haven.

You’ll approach Sibton Park through it’s own parkland, passing a lake en route to this grand house. There is ample parking around the house, including a gravel forecourt in front of the grand entrance door.

Inside, the spectacular ground floor Reception Rooms open up of the triple height entrance hall. The formal reception rooms include the beautifully proportioned Drawing Room and Morning Roon overlooking the lake and park to the south, a Dining Room seating 24 and a Gentleman's Library. Behind the old Service door is the beautiful Georgian Kitchen and breakfast room with a well appointed service kitchen adjacent equipped to host large functions and small family get-togethers alike.

A cantilvered stone staircase rises up through the Hall to the First floor beneath the original lantern, with a second stair leading up to the rear of the house and second floor.
