This lovely 17th century farmhouse in a quiet & rural hamlet, yet ten minutes from Southwold, offers high quality bed and breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our bed linen is laundered, you will have fresh flowers in your room and you will find this a very comfortable and peaceful house in which to stay.

Unspoilt views over the lovely garden and fields beyond.

The owner is a cook and you can be assured of having a wonderful breakfast using local ingredients and of course, home-made marmalade !

We have:
- a double bedroom with bathroom ensuite
- a twin bedded room with bathroom ensuite
- a double bedroom with its private bathroom on the
landing
