This Self Catering Apartment Southwold is a comfortable, first floor flat located in the heart of the pretty coastal town of Southwold. It offers 2 bedrooms - one double and one twin, so it is ideal for a family, a couple or two friends sharing.

Access - The flat is entered from the rear of the property via a 'lean to' where there is room to leave bikes, pushchairs and possibly a wheelchair. There is a flight of about 15 wooden stairs with a handrail and then once in the flat there are a couple of steps down to the bathroom and to the kitchen.

Kitchen - this has been recently refurbished and although small, it has all the appliances you need in it. There is a an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Living Rooms - The large living area is divided by a chimney breast with a dining area at one end and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa an easy chair witha fire, TV/DVD/CD at the other.

Other:There is a very useful downstairs entrance area where you can leave bikes, pushchairs, buckets and spades, fishing rods, wellies and other outside paraphernalia.

The flat is situated in the High Street so very conveniently situated for shops, restaurants and pubs in Southwold, and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. We also have a beach hut which is available to rent.

Linen is provided. The flat is cleaned every week and the linen changed at the same time. If you require an extra clean or linen washed more frequently then this will cost extra
