Ian & Lynne have recently established Suffolk Glamping on their 25 acres of wild flower meadows, medieval woodland and hedges, ponds and streams near Beccles. Hidden Meadows sits next to large areas of SSSI and nature reserves owned by Suffolk Wildlife Trust, all of which is open to the public. In this stunning environment that have set up Safari Tents that are furnished and equipped to a luxury standard, including comfy leather sofas and an internal wood burner. There's also a kitchen with gas cooker & cool box, beds with memory foam mattresses, warm feather & down quilts (non-feather available upon request) made up for your arrival with high quality 100% cotton bed linen, thick soft towels, plus your own private eco-toilet and a shower with plenty of hot running water.

The Best of Suffolk is one of Suffolk's leading self catering agencies and they have 2 Shepherds Huts in Butley, close to Orford. Both huts are situated in a lovely private garden, deep in the Suffolk countryside.They were built in the 19th century to provide living quarters for shepherds who were away from home during the lambing season, but, as you can see from the pictured above, they have been fully restored and brought up to the best of modern standards since then. Each has a single room, one with a sofa, which converts to a small double bed, and one with bunk beds.
