Our cottages, houses and apartments are all unique, with some overlooking the beaches at Aldeburgh and Thorpeness, some situated in the heart of Aldeburgh and Thorpeness and some in rural locations but close to Aldeburgh. So we offer self catering facilities to suit all tastes and requirements.

Our properties are all privately owned and Aldeburgh Bay Holidays acts as the letting agent for these very individual properties. Each has been inspected by Quality in Tourism, earning up to a four star rating. As a small company our priority is customer satisfaction and a genuine interest in our guests.

Our guests benefit from a 10% discount on meals at five local hotel restaurants, a 20% discount on green fees at Thorpeness Golf Course and free tennis at Thorpeness Country Club, for most of the year.

Properties vary in size from apartments sleeping up to four guests to larger houses sleeping up to ten. Those close to Thorpeness Country Club are popular with guests attending weddings at the club. Open all year round, generations of families, and couples, return again and again to experience a traditional seaside break. The rural properties are ideal for walkers and birdwatchers and the Aldeburgh location offers good accommodation for the various festivals throughout the year.
