Located in a quiet position on the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Footpath with direct access to numerous footpaths, Dunwich forest, Minsmere across marsh and heathland, just 10 minutes walk to the beach, or to the village pubs and facilities, the property is set in an architecturally styled garden planted to reflect Mediterranean themes.
Fully refurbished and maintained to the highest standard, the house has contemporary fitments including thermostatically controlled fixed head showers and recessed downlighting. The tranquil décor reflects the gentle colour of the coast and bedrooms are cosy with marvellous mattresses!

Accommodation
Both rooms situated on the ground floor. There are no steps. One large double bedroom with king size bed, fully tiled en-suite walk-in shower room with WC and double sinks. French doors lead onto a terrace. One double aspect twin/double room with private bathroom with separate bath and shower and bathrobes supplied. Please note there is a further twin room available only in conjunction with the other twin room since the bathroom is shared. This works well for families or friends. Both rooms are situated on the ground floor.

There is a minimum two night stay throughout the year and minimum 3 nights during Bank Holiday weekends.
Sorry, we do not accept pets or children under 12. This is a No Smoking property. Check-in time after 4:30pm Check-out time is 10:00am. We can organise trips, tables in local pubs and restaurants and help with sports at local tennis and golf clubs, on request.
