This year I have been selected to attend the World Scout Jamboree in Japan as an IST member. IST is short for the International Service Team Member and it is made up of adult volunteers from all over the world who pay to attend the Jamboree and run all the activities and services on behalf of the young people going.

For part of my fundraising, I am organising a Quiz evening. Teams of up to 4 people. St Jude's brew their own beer and are a CAMRA pub member. Snacks and drinks are available from the bar and there will be a raffle.

Midnight Walk 2015

Ahoy there! Join our crew for the pirate-themed Midnight Walk 2015.
Men and women can walk or run the five, eight or thirteen mile circular routes in support of St Elizabeth Hospice.
All routes start and finish at Ipswich Town Football Club, and pass the Hospice on Foxhall Road, Ipswich.
Last year over 1,600 people took part in the Midnight Walk, raising over £150,000 for the Hospice.
Whether you are looking for a challenge, taking part in memory of a loved one, or just looking for a fun night in support of a local charity, there are many reasons to take part in the Midnight Walk 2015.
The registration fee is just £15 per person. Register before midnight on January 31st 2015 and get £5 off.
