Bed and Breakfast in a traditional cottage situated a close to the Suffolk/Norfolk coast. The Garden Room at Foals Grange is a recently renovated annexe to the main House, with its own private access. This well equipped property includes tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, television/DVD/CD player,hair dryer/straighteners. The Garden Room comprises an ensuite kingsize bed and a sitting area. The sofa bed can sleep two children comfortably. The Garden Room looks out to a charming Court Yard area where guests are welcome to relax.
For dining you can breakfast in our dining room cosy with woodburning stove and oak timbered ceilings and floors. Enjoy a traditional English breakfast from our extensive menu made with local and home produce (including eggs from our own chickens).
Families are welcome and our friendly pony, Merlin, is onhand to entertain the children.

The main house is a period property set in large 2 acre mature garden which guests are welcome to use. The area is perfect for walking and cycling. There are many pubs in the area serving good food.
