Welcome to our lovely old Farmhouse set in large grounds between Kelsale and Yoxford, close to the Suffolk Heritage coast. With Walberswick, Southwold and Dunwich, RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve, Snape and its world famous Concert Hall, Aldeburgh and Thorpeness close by, you’ll be spoilt for things to do.
We have 4 en suite rooms with a twin on the ground floor, a family room consisting of a King size, and a single bed, a double room with a kingsize bed and new for this year a Super King Suite. All rooms have colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities and you can enjoy far reaching views of the countryside from each of them.
Twin room
This dual aspect ground floor room with en suite shower room has views over the gardens to the front and side of the property. A cot could be added to the room if required. Facilities include TV, free WiFi, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities.
Double room
This room has a kingsize bed plus an ensuite shower room. It is a bright, triple aspect room, with views over the paddocks where you can see horses and occasionally a barn owl, can be turned into a family room with a single bed or cot.
Family Room
This dual aspect room has views over open farmland to the front and gardens to the side of the property and it has a double and a single bed, so could be used as a Double, twin or a family room. Facilities include en suite shower room, TV, free WiFi, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities
Super King Room
This light and spacious room, situated on the 1st floor, has a super king size bed, lounge area, en suite shower room, 32″ flat screen TV with freeview, Free wifi, hairdryer and an extensive range of teas, coffees and hot chocolate. Views from the window are of the gardens, paddock and open farmland, where you can see horses, donkeys and the occasional barn owl.
Evening meals are available on request.
