Description

You've seen it on the TV so now come and visit Jimmy's Farm!
When Jimmy started his rare breed pig farm nearly four years ago, his vision didn’t stop at just pigs. His vision was to create a farm that specialised in breeding rare breed pigs, cows and sheep. He wanted to create an environment where everyone could learn about farming, food and nature. The result is a Farm and Nature Trail at Jimmy’s Farm.

Join Jimmy and the team on the farm to learn more about pigkeeping and farm life.

Find out from our website about events that are happening on the farm, enquire about holding your own event at Jimmy's farm.

We have an active Education resource on the farm and also run courses for kids in the school holidays.

JIMMY’S ADVENTURE PLAYGROUND
Come and muck about! We have just opened a brilliant new adventure playground on the farm. We’ve got two crazy areas, one for the toddlers and another for those who are a bit more grown up. Climb like monkeys, slalom like snakes and go crazy on the rope ladder!

SHOP
Come and see our farm shop! All the meat is from Jimmy's Farm, and the vast butchery section gives way to the pantry, laden with local and regional goodies.

ONLINE SHOPPING
Do not despair if you cannot make it up to the farm to see us - we can send our lovely produce direct to your door (or the door of anyone else you may wish!). Check out our online shop on our website from the comfort of your armchair then sit back and wait for the goodies to arrive!!

FARMERS MARKET
Our Farmers' Market has been running for over 3 years and was recently included in the Guardian's choice of Britain's Most Vibrant Food markets - something that we are very proud of! But we couldn't do it without all the lovely producers who come along, rain or shine, to sell their fantastic stuff.

FARM SHOWS
From time to time, we go on the road. Farmers' Markets and Shows allow us to meet some of our customers off the farm. For example, we were recently at the infamous Borough Market in London selling our lovely sausages and bacon!!
See our website above for full details of where we're going to be.

GARDEN SHOP!
Situated in the ancient cattle yard, nestled amongst Caela’s herb and ornamental flower garden the garden shop provides an astonishing range of garden goodies. The working gardener and those of you who are giving it a go for the first time will not be disappointed!

If you are interested in holding an event at the farm, please contact the farm office on 08444 938088.
