Offering 3 self-catering Studios with “universal access”, at Mollett’s Farm, you’ll find level access from the car park to the front door; wide entrance and internal doors; level thresholds; wet rooms in each Studio with level-access showers and fixed seats; numerous grab-rails and other Part M recommended features; fully illuminated bathroom mirror for those with visual impairments; lowered kitchen surfaces; wheelchair-compatible furniture and turning circles throughout; as well as switches, sockets and controls at heights accessible to all.
