Fun ceilidh/barn dance with Harbour Lights Band leading our Dance Folkus ”Come All Ye” Band. The excellent nationally known caller, Will Hall, from Oxfordshire returns to his home county of Suffolk for this event. To make it a family occasion, his sister Mary & husband Steve Dickinson provide the song spot for the evening. Mary & Steve run the 4th Friday monthly Everyman Folk Club at the Riverside Centre. A great evening is in store for all who come along. Visitors to the Suffolk & the Woodbridge area are especially welcome

For both Beginners and the more Experienced. Groups and Individuals catered for. Emma is a practising Ceramic and Applied Artist and highly qualified Tutor, offering various Clay Workshops and has many years experience working with all ages and abilities. Come and explore a variety of techniques and create your own masterpieces. Whether you wish to make a special present or attend a series of weekly or monthly sessions; you will enjoy getting creative with Clay. The small friendly groups allow you to relax and enjoy experimenting with colour and textures, then experience the satisfaction of creating your own unique pieces.
Come along for a small taster , you will be sure to get hooked!

Wednesday 21 MarchCharity Quiz Night for Inspire Suffolk6.45pm -10.30pm

We are happy to host a Charity Quiz Night at Seckford Golf Club with the renowned Simon Jay as the quizmaster with the goal of raising money for young people in Suffolk who need it.
The night will start with a mouth-watering buffet meal before Simon Jay kicks off the entertaining quiz. This is all included for the price of £15 per head.
£15 per head / £60 per team (maximum of 4 people)

All are welcome to experience the stage performers, workshops, talks and demonstrations on offer. Come and browse the original stalls, have a reading, talk to experts in their field and enjoy a taster treatment, spoil yourself! Then treat yourself to healthy, yummy cake and home-made treats go on, you deserve it!
2018 sees the 20th anniversary of the beginning of Life Arts, so expect even bigger and better festivals this year to celebrate this momentous milestone!
