The Red Hat Society, Blooming Fuchsias of Woodbridge invite you to join them on Thursday 1st June for a Chinese meal in Ipswich, followed by the Ipswich Ghost Tour, tickets only £7. We will meet at the Giles Statue at the junction of Queens street and Princes street at 6.15pm. Please could ladies over 50 wear purple clothes with red hats, and ladies under 50 wear lilac clothes with pink hats.

Please note: we meet every 2nd Thursday of the month at Wyevales, Woodbridge.

Entertainment will be provided by Farlingaye Big Band and Pete & Sharon singing a medley of 60s/70s, country and Elvis, plus an open mic slot so come and showcase your talents.

The Kingfisher Sinfonietta is well-known to Woodbridge audiences. There is a feast for Mozart lovers with his Overture Cosi fan tutte and his ever-delightful Eine kleine Nachtmusik. This is without doubt a concert not to be missed.

This big event will reach its peak on Saturday, 17 June 2017 from 1pm in the grounds of The Queen, Brandeston. The Beer Festival will start at 6pm on Friday, 16 June and continue until Sunday while the Farmers Market will run on Saturday and Sunday.

There will be a Grand Draw, cocktails, BBQ, ladies accessories, games and lots more.

Sunday 6 August
Suffolk Coast Cycle Ride
Glemham Hall, Little Glemham, Nr Woodbridge, IP13 0BT
Starting and finishing at the elegant Elizabethan mansion of Glemham Hall next to the A12, there's a choice of two scenic routes of 35 & 65 miles and a longer 100 mile route. All routes head north through pretty countryside and villages before dividing - the short route then swings east towards Dunwich on the coast, while the longer one continues north to reach Covehithe with its curious Russian Doll churches. Following the coast south, the long route rejoins the short route near Dunwich, crossing open heathland back to finish back at Glemham Hall where you will find massage, refreshments, live music and a bar.

Suffolk's top Folk Festival returns for its sixth year. Three days of incredible local and international talent including headliners Folk legend and ex-Bellowhead frontman Jon Boden stepping out solo, and 2017 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards nominees Nancy Kerr, Kris Drever & Ninebarrowm plus Sam Kelly & The Lost Boys.



Not to mention art, poetry, dance, yoga, great food and drink and a ton of fun activities for the children.
£115 (adult), £100 (full time students, senior citizens), £70 Youth tickets (12-17 year old) which must be purchased with an adult ticket. Family weekend tickets (two adults & two 12-17 year olds) £342. UNDER 11'S GO FREE.
