All of the tasteful and well-specified amenities required by our discriminating guests have been added to this extensively and tastefully renovated self-catering holiday cottage while preserving its original features. The stairs from the ground floor at this seaside cottage are indeed periodic and therefore are quite steep. Those with limited mobility may not be able to stay here comfortably.

Shrimpers Cottage offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps three, and does not allow pets on the property.

Bunny Cottage, Aldeburgh

Located between the town’s active main street and the sea and beach straight ahead, this luxurious self-catering seaside house has been meticulously renovated and is certainly one of the best sea view cottages Suffolk has to offer.

Bunny Cottage is the perfect location for a small family or group of friends, with a lovely hand-crafted kitchen and sea views from the sunroom and the open first-floor roof terrace. The style of this cosy cottage speaks of comfort and modernity.

The ground floor houses the comfortable sitting and dining room and opens onto the street right across from the beach, with everything you may need just a short walk away.

Marsh View, Southwold

The house is beautifully renovated and offers a luxurious stay for families and friends in Southwold. The unique mixture of contemporary furniture creates a stylish atmosphere.

The open-plan living/dining room at the centre of this ground-floor apartment is connected to the courtyard garden via a kitchen at the rear. All four lovely bedrooms and the two bathrooms are spaces out on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor, with lovely marsh and sea views filling the rooms with natural light.

This lovely sea view cottage features two ideal outdoor areas, one at the front of the property and another enclosed garden at the rear.

March View offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps eight, and welcomes pets to join.

Lowlands, Thorpeness

The cottage has a remarkable combination of contemporary design, ample living spaces, and the newest technologies on the ground floor, in addition to having an extremely rare position on the banks of Thorpeness Meare with an open vista to the lake. A rowing boat is available for your exploration of the many islands.

There are four bedrooms at the property, two of which are king-sized and two of which are twin. The living room features a log-burning fire, and the large garden has a deck overlooking the lake.

Families or small groups looking to experience Thorpeness’ bucolic pre-war ambience and create lifelong memories should book this property.

Sea Green Cottage, Walberswick

Sea Green Cottage is an exceptional, recently renovated 5-star vacation property situated on the green in Walberswick. This pet-friendly house has been thoroughly refurbished.

A lovely large open-plan kitchen, living area, and dining room is on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. Stairs with thick carpets lead to the first floor, where you’ll find two further bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.

This property is ideally located close to the town centre, so guests will have no difficulty finding exactly what they need for a comfortable stay. What makes this property so great is the beautiful roof garden, where you can sit and admire the green scenery.

Sea Green Cottage offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, sleeps six, and welcomes pets to join as it is a dog-friendly site.

The Dunes, Southwold

Every window at The Dunes offers spectacular sea views, an opulent, recently renovated, pet-friendly holiday home positioned on the sandy dunes in Southwold.

There is a large open-plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, as well as a living room with a flame-effect fire, a cloakroom, and a ground floor bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The beautiful and charming Sea Thrift Cottage is a two-bedroom terraced self-catering home located in a secluded spot off Aldeburgh’s High Street, providing first-floor views of the marshes. The open-hearth wood-burning stove is housed in a sash-windowed, sun-drenched kitchen/breakfast room in this charming cottage, which preserves a variety of period elements.

Sea Thrift Cottage has a shallow south-facing patio garden on the first floor, as well as a fully enclosed garden with a beautifully paved terrace and a grass landing leading to a bicycle store. It is situated within close walking distance to the stunning pebbled beach. Although the property does not have a designated parking area, there is ample parking space in the street.
