Jules and Sharpie (alias Julie Field and Frances Hopewell-Smith) could be described as accidental chefs who fell into making these stunning and popular chilli jellies 5 years ago. Originally producing jellies in their kitchens to satisfy demanding friends, the business has grown steadily and the pair have moved their kitchen to a commercial premises near Aldeburgh. The Jules and Sharpie range has expanded from the original hot jelly pepper jelly to include, among others, hot apple and sage jelly, hot pear chutney and even a unique hot mmmarmalade which is guaranteed to wake you up in the morning! You can find their range at the local farm shops and markets throughout Suffolk, or order them by mail order via their website. Go on, dare you!
