Lighthouse View Cottage

Southwold’s Lighthouse View is an inviting and cosy holiday cottage offering two bedrooms that sleep four. Inspired by the early Victorian era, this cottage is set in the heart of the coastal town of St. James’ Green. Visitors can take a short walk to find the lovely beach and promenade.

Beyond being an excellent holiday destination, the Lighthouse View is situated right next to the renowned lighthouse landmark of Southwold. Operating to its full potential, the lighthouse can be accessed from Stradbroke Road. Visitors can enjoy the magnificent views on particular dates, and children will surely be enticed by the captivating sight of rotating lights in the evenings.

Lighthouse Views is airy and entirely modernised, featuring radiators and central heating to keep you warm and cosy while still maintaining many of its vintage features, including sash windows, fireplaces, latch doors, and charming cottage stairs. Guests have a choice of front double bedrooms and a rare twin bedroom. The contemporary bathroom offers all the comfortable amenities you may need, in addition to a wonderful view of the lighthouse.
