Lovely B&B; situated at the head of Butley Creek, alongside the Heritage Coastal Path and Cycle Route in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, yet only 4 miles from Orford and 7 miles from Aldeburgh and Woodbridge. With acres of reed beds, forests and farmland on the doorstep, we hope your stay with us will be quiet and relaxing.
We offer two comfortable, modern kingsized rooms in a light and airy loft conversion. Each room has an en-suite shower room, a small balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside, colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities. A tasty breakfast of locally sourced produce is served in a dedicated guest dining room and visitors are welcome to make use of the garden, which overlooks the old mill pond and river.
We offer ample parking and secure bike storage. For those guests who arrive by bike or on foot, as we are about a mile from the local pub, we can provide a simple supper (with advance notice!) or take you to and collect you from a local hostelry.
We do accept one night bookings, but over weekends and Bank Holidays, we charge £100 per one night stay for a double and £85 per night for single occupancy.
