This tranquil position makes Thurston an ideal base for a short break to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful countryside, natural reserves nearby coastline and all the cultural places of interest nearby, including Aldeburgh Music at Snape.

In the village of Rendham you’ll find the welcoming pub The White Horse, which serves great local food, and there are plenty of other restaurants and pubs nearby for evening meals.
