Debenham Arts Festival 18th – 27th June 2010
Highlights of the Debenham Arts Festival this year will include the traditional Art Exhibition in the Church and the Street Fair as well as a range of arts events appealing to a wide audience. .
Literary events – Anthony Thwaite, Ann Thwaite, Sarah Bower, Sheila Hardy, Benedict Gummer, David Bedford, Piper Terrett speaking about their recent literary experiences.
Music - Battle of the Bands. Debenham Folk Club, Street musicians and performance arts. Music Day
Drama – performances including a free performance of Macbeth.
Poets - in the Pub
Film - first showing after London premier “Tenacity on the Tasman”
Visual Arts: locally made animation films, photography competition and exhibition
