In addition to a warm and friendly stay, you can expect plenty of character at Holly Tree Cottage which is full of nooks and crannies, and not quite what you would expect! Lovely gardens surround the house, where you are welcome to sit and have a drink during those long summer evenings. Breakfast is served in our beautiful dining room. We also have a conservatory available for guests use, with tv/dvd/radio for cosy summer evenings.
The Cottage is located just outside the village of Darsham (on the Main A12 road) which is only a few miles from the Suffolk Coast at Dunwich, Southwold and Aldebugh. Also nearby is RSPB Minsmere and many pubs within a mile or two that serve fantastic food and good beers/wines.
Darsham is on the main train line straight into Liverpool Street.
We have one double en-suite room with a shower, one double en-suite room with a bath, and one superior room with shower and sofa. All rooms have TV, tea/coffee making facilities, DB radio alarm clocks, toiletries, towels.
