Mollett’s Farm is a family run haven of peace and tranquility near Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. With brand new custom-designed holiday Studios and Apartments, we offer a home away from home, combining the charm of the old with the conveniences of modern living.
Set in open farmland, you’ll find many footpaths to explore, with open paths and ancient woodlands, or walk to the Friday Street Farm Shop and Cafe nearby for local, fresh produce.
Molletts is close to the A12 coast road so it’s easy to head north towards Lowestoft or south to Woodbridge and Ipswich. Saxmundham station on the East Suffolk Line has hourly services between Lowestoft, Ipswich and Liverpool Street, London.

At Molletts you can book your CL on a small working farm in the heart of the Suffolk Heritage Coastal area. The caravan site is well maintained, on level ground and has electric hook-ups (EHU), as well as the usual disposal and water facilities. We are accessible in all weather conditions and we have generous parking facilities (useful for trailers or motorhomes with towed cars). Molletts is easy to find as the farm entrance is directly off the A12, just south of the A1094 turning to Aldeburgh. However, the site is tranquil as it lies well set back from the road.
Molletts is close to several attractive coastal towns and beaches, with the nearest being Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Orford, Dunwich and Southwold. We also have many other attractions nearby, including Snape Maltings, Glemham Hall (Folk East), Framlingham, Woodbridge, Henham Estate (Latitude Festival, Henham Steam Rally) and Minsmere (RSPB). All in all, Mollett’s Farm is your perfect base to explore the Suffolk Heritage Coast!
